Studio Policies

Health - applicable for Private Lessons and Group Classes

I firmly believe that it is my duty to create a space where families feel safe to bring their children. I teach the youngest of students - the babies who are not yet old enough to be fully vaccinated - and they depend on those who are older for herd immunity. These realities are at the forefront of my studio policies:

  • All who are attending class or lessons are required to be up to date on vaccinations, following the AAP guidelines. Only allergies to vaccines are an acceptable exemption - please contact Rachel with a doctor’s note if that is applicable to you. Absolutely no other exemptions are allowed. 

  • If you’re not feeling well, please use your best judgment to keep everyone safe and do not come to class

  • All shared instruments are disinfected at the end of each class

  • Full disclosure from Rachel:

    • I and my family are up to date on all vaccinations and boosters that are currently recommended by the AAP

    • I follow all health requirements for teaching in a school setting - negative TB test, bloodborne pathogen training, CPR certified​

Group Classes

Costs

  • Mini Mozarts - $168/session

  • Baby Bachs - $66/session

  • Free demo class

  • Discounts available when you register for both winter & spring sessions and for siblings

Payment

  • Invoice will be sent after registration is received

  • Payment via Square

    • No fee for ACH transfer

    • $5 fee for credit card transactions

  • Receipt will be sent upon payment for your records

  • Payment must be in full by one day before first class

    • Demo class - first session will be prorated and payment due before second session

  • All sales are final

Make-ups

  • No refunds will be given for missed classes

  • One missed class per session may be credited to a future session

Inclement Weather

  • Decisions will be made by 2 hours before the start time and posted on the website and Instagram page

Private Lessons

Payment

  • Invoice will be sent at the end of every month

  • Payment by Square

  • Any invoices a week or more late will incur a 10% late fee for each subsequent week late

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance

  • Any cancellations made within 48 hours will be billed at the end of the month
