Spring 2024 - Ahoy!
  • 1st child - $90
  • 2nd child - $25

Materials
  • Families will receive a bag of instruments to use for the session​​
  • Family is responsible for any destroyed or missing contents of the tote - an invoice will be sent if necessary, see below
  • All shared materials will be sanitized after each class

Instruments
  • If any instruments are missing or irreparably damaged (drum head is broken, rhythm stick is chewed to a point like a beaver got a hold of it, etc), you agree to pay the invoice sent to replace the applicable instruments. The following prices are the retail value from West Music (where they were purchased):
  • ​Full bag - $90.05
  • 1 Scarf - $5.70
  • 1 Egg shaker - $4.95
  • Castanet - $6.95
  • Sleigh bells - $9.95
  • Remo hand drum/mallet - $17.00
  • Rhythm sticks (1 pair) - $6.95

Payment
  • Invoice will be sent with applicable amount after registration
  • Payment by Venmo or Square (through the website)
  • Receipt will be sent upon payment for your records
  • Payment must be in full by first class

Sick Days/Make-ups
  • One session can roll over into the following session to make up for illness

Inclement Weather
  • Classes will occur at Calvary Presbyterian Church in the choir room (lower floor)
  • Decisions will be made by 2 hours before the start time and posted on Instagram/FB page
  • If not possible, another date/time will be decided upon by the owner and families
  • If no makeup days are possible, a refund for one class will be given

Health
  • All who are attending class should be up to date on vaccinations recommended by the CDC (contact Rachel with possible exemptions)
  • If you’re not feeling well, please use your best judgment to keep everyone safe and do not come to class if you’re contagious
  • Full disclosure from Miss Rachel:
    • I am up to date on all vaccinations and boosters recommend by the CDC
    • I follow all health requirements for teaching in a school setting - negative TB test, bloodborne pathogen training, CPR certified
    • I will keep up to date on the national and local guidelines to help us all stay healthy
