Materials

• Notebook for lesson notes are provided by studio
• The studio uses Piano Adventures lesson books
• All books used are to be purchased by the family (links will be sent out after assessment at first lesson)

Sick Days/Make-ups

• There will be two make-up days for the spring semester (one per half session)
• March 1 and May 24

Registration

• Parents must complete studio registration form and agree to policies
• Registration for full session students will be filled first
• First month’s invoice will be sent after completed registration is received

Schedule
Angels

• Full Session - 18 lessons; January 11 - May 23
• Half Sessions - 9 lessons each; January 11 - March 7; March 14 - May 23
• Lessons are 25 minutes every Thursday - 6 available spots
• No lessons on Holy Thursday or during Spring Break

Turtles and Sunflowers

• Full Session - 17 lessons; January 23 - May 21
• Half Sessions - 7 lessons; April 9 - May 21
• Lessons are 20 minutes every Tuesday - 9 available spots
• No lessons during Spring Break

Payment
Angels
Full Session

• Lessons are $720/semester ($40/lesson)
• Payable in monthly installments of $144 for five months

​ Half Session

• Lessons are $360/half session ($40/lesson)
• Payable in monthly installments of $120 for three months

Sunflowers/Turtles
Full Session

• Lessons are $595/semester ($35/lesson)
• Payable in monthly installments of $119 for five months

​ Half Session - 7 lessons

• Lessons are $245/half session ($35/lesson)
• Payable in monthly installments of $122 for two months

All Lessons

• ​An invoice will be sent on the first of the month
• Payment via Square (credit card or ACH bank transfer) will be due one week from invoice date
• If you use credit card as payment, the first month will include a $30 fee to offset credit card fees. The ACH bank transfer fee of 1% is covered by the studio
• $10 late fee will be added after the due date
• You are agreeing to pay for the entirety of the session
• No refunds will be given
